With over 20 years of experience developing leaders across industries, Shivani Gupta is an internationally recognised speaker, entrepreneur, author, and creator of the I Am A Leader® movement. Having coached more than 1,500 leaders globally, she is known for blending commercial acumen with deep personal growth to unlock sustainable performance.

A sought-after keynote speaker, Shivani has presented on local and global stages, including TEDx, inspiring audiences to lead with ownership, courage, and impact. She is the author of eight books on leadership and has facilitated company retreats worldwide, guiding organisations through transformational growth experiences.

As a serial entrepreneur, Shivani has built and successfully exited two businesses, bringing practical lived experience to her work with founders and senior leaders. Born in India and raised in Australia from the age of 11, Shivani brings a rich cross cultural perspective to her work.
