Introducing Nicholas
Nick is driven by impact — unlocking potential, creating lasting change and shaping high-performing cultures. Guided by his purpose “to positively embrace life and inspire others to do the same,” he brings over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, leading across commercial operations in sales, marketing and business excellence, and guiding large-scale transformation, leadership development and cultural change.
At his best in environments full of energy, challenge and opportunity, Nick thrives on enabling people and organisations to achieve outcomes they didn’t think possible. His strength lies in bringing clarity to complexity — mobilising teams, creating alignment and unlocking performance.
Nick leads with positivity, empathy and humour, holding high standards while encouraging others to grow and perform at their best. Originally from Gloucester in the UK, he and his family have called Basel, Switzerland home since 2019.
Outside of work, Nick is a husband, dad and keen sportsman who loves adventure, travel and living life to the full.
