Introducing James
James brings over two decades of transformative learning and development experience to his facilitation and executive coaching. His journey began at Vodafone New Zealand, where he experienced The Zone's Leadership In Action program—an encounter that would shape his career.
Since moving to the UK in 2004, James has led learning and talent development initiatives at several global organizations. Through his roles at HSBC, Morgan Stanley Capital, Jacobs, Cisco Systems and Vodafone Group, he has driven transformation in over 40 countries.
James is now on a new journey to create positive impact through executive coaching and team development. His approach is grounded in his core values of clarity, relationship building, balance, and wellbeing, with a talent for creating clarity through meaningful conversations.
